The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a non-profit organization that empowers women to succeed in engineering. UNLV's Chapter achieves this through our Mentorship program and hosting meetings with activities and study nights. By building a community with fellow students, we are creating an environment where we can all support each other.

About Our Project

The Women of Engineering conference is an annual conference to empower, support, and connect women in engineering and technology. At this conference, there will be numerous professional development activities, networking, and a massive career fair. This year it is in Boston, Massachusetts.

• Send our members to this conference in November
• Empower women in engineering and technology with opportunities and valuable lessons
• Be able to educate and enlighten our own student chapter on tips and skills to succeed in the STEM field
