About UNLV Harvard LEAD Chapter
The UNLV LEAD 2025–26 Cohort is on a mission to raise funds to support travel expenses to attend the Harvard Latina Empowerment and Development (LEAD) Conference at Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The UNLV Harvard Latina Empowerment and Development (LEAD) Chapter is dedicated to uplifting Latina students and creating a safe space where they can grow both personally and professionally. Each year, the UNLV LEAD Chapter selects 20 remarkable Latina students to take on a powerful mission to raise funds and attend the Harvard LEAD Conference. This journey is about more than just attending a conference. It’s about breaking barriers, building confidence, and opening doors for future generations of Latinas. For many of our members, this trip is a once-in-a-lifetime experience — a chance to walk the halls of an Ivy League university and stand in spaces they once thought were out of reach. Every donation makes a real difference. Your support helps a Latina student afford her flight, housing, or conference registration, and ultimately helps her take one step closer to her dreams. Whether you’re a family member, alumna, or part of our Las Vegas community, your contribution is more than a gift — it’s an investment in the next generation of Latina leaders.
